Our service begins before we even start looking for your new tenant. Prior to marketing your property and included with our service, we will:

Processing and Placing Your New Tenant

The investment we make to ensure our placed tenants are fully vetted, qualified, and have a strong history of responsible renting or ownership not only protects you and your asset, it also protects us and our current and future investment in time and workload. Our acquisition process is thorough and includes:

During the life of the lease

Full service management of your rental property. Our professional and experienced rental team will continuosly and consistently manage, monitor, and inspect your property to safeguard your asset and to ensure adherence to the lease.

Full service at a fair rate

Our full and personalized rental management service fee is simple, fair, and you pay nothing until we find, vette, and place a tenant. The first phase of preparing, marketing, and finding your tenant is the placement fee.  The industry standard placement fee is 100% of the first month rent. However, we only charge 75%, providing you with immediate income from the start. Our fee for the ongoing management of your rental is 10% of the collected rent and it starts with the second month of the lease.      


For each rental you sign up on our Full Service Rental Management Plan, we will discount our 75% Placement Fee to only 25% of the first month's rent and waive the management fee on the second month!

Do you already have a tenant? We will give you two free months of management services when you sign up for our annual rental management plan!
